Normal medium density housing estates of South Meadows, Ocean-Side Estate, The Binnacle, Timbertown Estate, The Links, Emerald Downs, Marbuck Park and Braeroy Estate: all involving sketch design, detail design & documentation.

General streetscapes of Settlement Shores, Endeavour Park & Annabella Downs with acoustic controls also involved sketch design, detail design & documentation and contract administration.

Rural residential subdivisions, one Olive Grove Estate involved extensive 'forward tree planting' for privacy, amenity & wildlife corridor functions: sketch, detail design/documentation & contract administration.
